• Any activity involving fund transfers from third-party accounts or related to money laundering.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards Csino staff.

Csino reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. We always aim to communicate the reason transparently.

• If there is evidence of a terms violation, your account may be suspended immediately.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified timeframe, transactions on the account may be restricted.

• Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses, provided no terms violations occurred) will be refunded.
